Neo does the work, not just the looking
Ask him for a new task and he walks you through it in taps — which board, backlog or sprint, one line for what it is, who owns it, when it is due, how urgent. He creates projects the same way, moves a task to another board, and runs a team check-in on who has what. Tell him to keep to one board and everything he does stays inside it.
Neo, your guide in the corner
A character who follows you around the app. Ask him what is on your plate and he checks the sprint that is actually running, then hands you the tasks assigned to you as links. Tap one and he steps out of the way.
Move a task to another board
Send a task to any other project in the same organization, from the card or by asking Neo. It lands in the matching column at the end of the new board, and its attachments come with it.
Project docs
Every project has its own documentation panel — write specs, notes and how-tos in markdown next to the board they belong to, so nobody has to go looking for the wiki.
Current sprints on your dashboard
The sprint you are in the middle of, with its goal, dates and progress, on the front page of every project you can see. Sprints being lined up for later stay out of it until they have work in them.
Search across every project
One box on the dashboard searches task titles, descriptions, assignees and custom fields in every board you have access to, and takes you straight to the card.

Star the boards you live in and they pin to the top of your dashboard, on every device you sign in from.
Custom columns per project
Rename, recolour and reorder the columns, or add your own — a Ready to review column is one click, and ready-made layouts (Simple, Agile / Scrum, Dev pipeline, Support queue) are one more. Sprints filter the same board rather than inventing a second one.
Built for a phone, not shrunk onto one
Full-width dropdowns that open as sheets under your thumb, a one-tap done circle on every card, and a task detail that puts status and deadline above the comment thread.
Kanban board, grid and list views
Drag tasks between Backlog, To do, In progress and Done, or switch to a compact list. Your choice is remembered per device.
Teams, organizations and invites
Add people by email or share a join link. Projects attached to an organization are visible to every member automatically.
Deadlines, priorities and overdue flags
Deadlines default to today so nothing drifts unowned. Four priority levels, visible on the card in both views.
Custom fields with name reuse
Add any field your team actually needs. Previously used names are suggested as you type so the vocabulary stays consistent.
Comments and attachments
Comment from the card without opening it, attach files to a task or to an individual reply, and keep the formatting you pasted.
Bulk actions
Select many tasks and set a deadline, owner, priority, status or sprint — or mark them all done — from a single row.
Backlog, sprints and archive
Park unscheduled work in the backlog, pull a selection into a sprint, then archive completed tasks without losing their history.
